Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. After this period, orders enter our processing and packaging phase and cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel:
- Log into your account and navigate to "My Orders"
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click the "Cancel Order" button
- Alternatively, contact our customer support team immediately
Important: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it following our return policy below.
Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
At KiddyWiddy, we want your little ones to love their toys! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligible Items for Return:
- Unopened toys in original packaging with all tags intact
- Defective or damaged products (we'll cover return shipping)
- Items that don't match the product description
- Wrong items delivered
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened toys or items with broken seals (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Personalized or customized toys
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Plush toys or stuffed animals that have been removed from packaging
Safety First: For the safety and hygiene of all children, we cannot accept returns on opened toys, baby products, or items that have been used.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided (you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges: We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all toys before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by us
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.
Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
